Delegate McGeehan moved to amend the bill on page 2, line 22, by striking “115,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof, “10,000,000”;

And,

  On page 2, line 26, by striking, “127,147,273” and inserting in lieu thereof, “22,147,273”;

And,

On page 3, line 47 by striking, “From the above appropriation for Directed Transfer - Surplus (fund 0256, appropriation 33 70099), $105,000,000 shall be transferred to the Economic Development Project Fund (fund 34 9069) and $10,000,000 shall be transferred to the Broadband Development Fund (fund 3034).”, and inserting in lieu thereof, “From the above appropriation for Directed Transfer – Surplus (fund 0256, appropriation 33 70099) $10,000,000 shall be transferred to the Broadband Development Fund (fund 3034).”.
